The developer processes the data of users in a proper manner and shall take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of the data. The data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT enabled tools, following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the developer, in some cases, the data may be accessible to certain types of persons in charge, involved with the operation of the site (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or external parties (such as third-party technic service providers, health and social service providers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies) appointed, if necessary, as data processors by the owner.
The data is processed and kept at the developer's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved with the processing and preservation of data are located. For further information, please contact the developer.
The data is kept for the time necessary to provide the service requested by the user, or stated by the purposes outlined in this document, and the user can always request that the developer suspend or remove the data.

When using our services, related Equipment, our facilities, our networks or any product, content, application or service used in conjunction with the Services or the Equipment, you must comply with all applicable laws and our policies, rules and limitations, including this Agreement. This is an integral part of the SoftBiomed Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Unless otherwise defined herein, the defined terms have the meanings given to them in the Terms.
Subscription period, changes and termination
Services are provided as follows:
1. "Fixed Term Services" means Services to which you subscribe and which have a predetermined subscription period, as set out in your applicable service agreement (the "Subscription Period");
2. "Monthly Services" means Services to which you subscribe on a continuous basis but which do not have a Subscription Period;

The term of each Agreement begins on the date the Services or Equipment are first brought into service, whichever comes first. At the end of the Fixed-term Service Subscription Period, this Fixed-term Service will automatically become a Monthly Service, and your existing Agreement and Service with SoftBiomed will remain unchanged until changed or discontinued. terminated in accordance with these Terms.
4. Modification of my Services or my Agreement by SoftBiomed
SoftBiomed may make changes to your Services and your Agreement in accordance with the following: We may change any aspect of a Monthly Service and the Agreement, provided that you notify us in writing at least 30 days in advance. 5. Modification of my Services on request
You may change your Services at any time by contacting us in any of the following ways, in writing, by telephone, by email at the contact information mentioned in paragraph 4. However, you may have to pay an administration fee. You may also have to pay a fee to change a Service if such charges are set out in your Agreement applicable to this Service. Please note that if you wish to change a Service, you will only be able to replace it with a Service that is available at that time. Please also note that any Service canceled at your request may no longer be available, or may no longer be available at the rate you are currently paying.
6. Termination of my subscription
Unless it is for reasons of malfunction of the application or service failure on the part of SoftBiomed, you can cancel your subscription at any time, for any other reason, by contacting us with one or the other. other ways, in writing, by phone, by email at the coordinates mentioned in paragraph 4. However, the terms and conditions vary depending on the category of service (See: Categories of Services below) to which you subscribe. Thus, to terminate a contract, SoftBiomed must be notified within the time prescribed in your contract (Your category of services - see below).

Aimed at other people who want to be part of the network of the supported person (the beneficiary), but who are not part of the people who support it and who do not need the advanced functions of ADel. Note that the free plan may contain advertising.
Use of ADel
Note that, although it may look like it, the ADel Electronic Home Assistant is not equivalent to what is called a "social network" in the sense that ADel was developed specifically to allow people who are losing autonomy or limited autonomy to remain autonomous through virtual assistance and a network of contacts. In fact, the network of a person whose autonomy has a certain deficiency is often limited to members of his close family, to some friends or relatives (uncle, aunt, cousin, etc.) and potentially to a few resource persons (ex : CLSC, Pharmacy, etc.). This is the way to think before you build your network (or the network of the person you want to support). We should not think that using ADel as we do for social networks, would be beneficial for everyone.
CAUTION: ADel is a backup telecommunication system. It does not replace the phone and especially not 911, it only adds to personal safety by offering an emergency button (an icon on the screen), to warn a loved one by texting if necessary. ADel is coupled via Bluetooth to a bracelet fitted with a panic button and fall detector; however, there are too many specific elements in each home to ensure the perfect integrity of the bracelet at all times. Also, the application depends on the Internet, an Internet failure automatically involves a communication failure. Make sure to activate the bracelet (See: Context help - 4. Connect my bracelet) and check regularly that each element of the system is working properly for optimal use. SoftBiomed is not responsible for any incidents that may occur in the event of a system failure.
These terms and conditions are intended to define the terms and conditions under which Soft Biomed Ltd. makes available its mobile application and services available to the benefit of the user. By using ADEL's mobile application, the user accepts without reservation these terms and conditions of use.
Article 1 - Description of the application
The mobile application aims to assist people with loss of autonomy or with functional or cognitive limitations. It can be used alone or in association with specific products linked by Internet, by Wifi communication, Bluetooth, etc. (eg Internet of things) as long as they are certified by SoftBiomed.
The mobile application has four types of profiles with specific features and functions. They are defined in the following table:
Article 2 - Liability of the publisher
SoftBiomed is fully responsible for the contractual obligation with its customer or the user of the application. Thus, if the latter does not work in correlation with the product description, SoftBiomed bears the contractual responsibility for such a case. However, if the bad execution of the application results from a case of force majeure, the unpredictable fact of a third party to the contract or the bad execution of the application by the customer himself, SoftBiomed can, subject proof, to exonerate himself from his responsibility.
